Application of Electromagnetic Feeder:

This range of feeders is intended as efficient self-discharge majority storage of the packing and then handling mechanism or material in a vibratory feeder in a manageable, continuous stream. It is mainly suitable for mechanisms or products that do not feed well or do not feed well from stationary hoppers, eliminating the production disruptions that occur with orthodontic systems. For such materials, the discharge may be sorted before being delivered to the vibratory feeder.

Mode of Operation for Electromagnetic Feeder:

The purpose of the vibrating energy unit and structure is to give uneven movement of the plane resulting in a slowly increasing product movement towards the discharge end of the hopper. This gesture advertises mass flow and creates a curving and retraction effect on the parts to be touched, releasing them into a volume of air. Special low incidence bounty units are obtainable for the products that are most difficult to capture in vibratory feeders.
