The grid at the center of the rotary magnet gently rotates and removes fine ferrous particles and protects the product from bridging and clogging.

The access door can be opened after product flow is stopped and the rotary grid is removed from the housing.

Rotary magnets are designed to remove ferrous particles from the powder flow that would normally clog stationary grates The rotary design makes the powerful magnet move the rod through the powder stream. This slow rotation also prevents the product from bridging and packing.

By sliding the powerful rare earth magnetic rod metal contamination is automatically dropped from the tubes which can be kept for analysis. Electrical safety switches are installed to isolate the motor before use for cleaning.
